Privacy Policy
This document explains what data we collect when you use the insanagency.uz website and Insan Agency's services, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can control it. In plain language, with nothing hidden.
Summary
- What we collect: only what you give us yourself — your name, phone number, type of service, and message in the request form; whatever you write in the chat.
- What we don't collect: the site has no advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or analytics cookies.
- Why: to respond to your request and carry out the work we've agreed on. Nothing else.
- Who we share it with: no one — we don't sell it. Only the technical services that keep the site running, and when the law requires it.
- How long we keep it: requests and chat — 24 months from your last contact; server logs — 90 days; contract documents — as long as the law requires.
- Your rights: to see, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. One email is enough: info@insanagency.uz.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Insan Agency, Toshkent shahri, Labzak ko'chasi 64A. For any privacy question: info@insanagency.uz. We comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (O'RQ-547).
2. What data we collect
By source, so you know what you left where.
2.1 Request form
On the contact page or in the “Get a consultation” window: the service you need, your name, your phone number, and, if you'd like, a short message about your project. Nothing else is asked — even an email address is optional.
2.2 Live chat
- The messages you send, plus the name and phone number you give in the chat (if you don't, you'll stay listed as “Guest”).
- A technical marker stored in your browser so your conversation history is visible if you come back. It does not identify you personally, and it's removed if you clear your browser data.
- Device type (phone or computer) and time zone, so we can reply at a convenient time.
2.3 Automatic technical data
IP address and standard technical data (browser type, request time, page visited) — used only for security, spam prevention, and error detection. We don't use it to build a profile.
2.4 During a project
Once an agreement is signed — billing details, invoice information, and any business materials you provide. These are governed by the agreement and, if you'd like, a separate non-disclosure agreement, and are used only for the work you've ordered.
2.5 What we don't collect
The site has no advertising or analytics trackers. We don't track you across other sites, build a profile, or sell data for advertising. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this document and change the date.
3. Why, and on what basis
- Responding to your request — based on the consent you give when you submit it. We contact you only about the topic you asked about.
- Delivering the service — based on the agreement: showing work, invoicing, support.
- Security — to protect the site from spam and attacks; this is our legitimate interest.
- Legal obligation — keeping contract documents for accounting and tax purposes.
We only send marketing messages with your separate consent, and every email includes a way to opt out. There is currently no such mailing list on the site.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent out your data. It is seen only by the technical partners that keep the site running — hosting, network security, our team's internal communication tools, and the map service on the contact page — strictly within their role. They use it only on our instructions and for that purpose, and do not keep it for themselves. We provide a list of these partners on request.
Beyond that, we disclose data only when the law requires it — in response to a lawful request from a government authority — and we notify you of this wherever the law allows.
5. How long we keep it
Each type of data is kept only as long as its purpose requires, then deleted:
- Request form and chat — 24 months from your last contact. If you come back within that period, we'll remember your previous conversation.
- Technical data (IP and logs) — 90 days.
- Contract and invoice documents — for the period set by Uzbek law for accounting records.
- Chat data in your browser — until you clear your browser data; this is under your control.
On request, we delete data earlier than these periods too (section 7).
6. How we protect it
- Data is encrypted in transit.
- The site is protected against spam and attacks.
- Only responsible members of our team have access to request and chat data.
- If we discover a data loss or breach, we notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable, up-to-date safeguards.
7. Your rights
Under Law O'RQ-547, you may at any time:
- Ask what data we hold about you
- Have incorrect or outdated data corrected
- Request that your data be deleted (except documents the law requires us to keep)
- Withdraw your consent to processing, or object to it
- File a complaint with the authorized government body for personal data protection
To do any of this, email info@insanagency.uz. To verify your identity, we may check your request against the phone number or email you provided. We respond within 10 business days.
8. Cookies and browser storage
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Your browser stores only the technical records needed for the live chat to work. Without them the chat history won't display, but the site still works fully.
The map widget on the contact page and our network security may set their own technical cookies — needed to run the site, not for advertising. You can clear all cookies and browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
9. Children
The site and our services are intended for people 18 and older, and for organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we discover that we have, we delete it.
10. Links to other sites
The site links to our Instagram, Behance, Telegram, and YouTube pages. Once you go there, that platform's own privacy rules apply — we don't control them.
11. Changes
When we update this Policy, we change the date shown above. If a change materially affects you — for example, adding a new tool — we announce it separately on the site. We'll send you the previous version on request.
12. Contact
For any privacy question, request, or complaint:

Address: Toshkent, Shayxontohur t., Labzak k., 64A
